REFUND POLICY

1. Client-Initiated Cancellations
All payments made towards our services, sessions, or bookings are strictly non-refundable if the client cancels for any reason.
 This includes, but is not limited to:
Change in schedule or availability
Personal or professional emergencies
Change of mind
Travel or connectivity issues
Any other unforeseen circumstance on the client’s side

2. No Rescheduling by Clients
Clients are not permitted to reschedule their session or booking.
 If a client is unable to attend the scheduled appointment for any reason, the session will be treated as a cancellation, and no refund or alternative date will be provided
3. Company-Initiated Cancellations
If we must cancel a session due to unavoidable circumstances, we will make every reasonable effort to reschedule the session to another suitable date.
A refund will only be offered if:
We cancel the service and
We are unable to offer any alternate date for rescheduling
In such cases, the refund will be limited to the amount originally paid by the client.

4. No-Show Policy
If the client fails to attend the session at the scheduled time without any prior notice, it will be considered a no-show, and:
The session will be marked as completed
No refund or rescheduling will be provided

5. Acceptance of Policy

By booking a session or making a payment, the client acknowledges and agrees to abide by this Refund Policy in full.
